It is important that you bring your own gum shield, water bottle and €2 for training.Three of the clubs senior team will be coaching the boys and girls for the next five Friday evenings.Any parents willing to help out are more than welcome to do so. Under 6’s training will last for 45 minutes, while the under 8’s and under 10’s will last for one hour.Under 12’s:Under 12 training every Tuesday evening at 5.30pm sharp in Portsalon.
